What is SLim?

SLim is the name of the Second Life® thin client. Cleverly named for its design, SLim offers a thin client option for communication with your Second Life friends.


* The SLim client enables users to interact with Second Life friends without having the Second Life viewer open.
* The SLim client only offers one-to-one text and voice chat.
* Currently, the SLim client does not have:
o Spatial voice
o Group text chat
o Group voice chat
