Will this event address quality management, and embrace the quality principles sustainability, continuous improvement, with process analysis & mastering? In the course, a risk analysis towards the reduction of un-quality costs. This is the most pressing priority issue for direct attention and implementation... For an economical launch and immediate payback: Where are communication problems and friction? Where are legacy work, double work/processes (this is definitely not quality)? How much of your educational work-week is consumed by rubbish & waste processes? Why does the same glitch happen twice and more? What cost accounts are impacted by the highest contributions to un-quality costs? What's the sustainable action plan for the final & enduring remedy of glitches and for the mastering of processes? Keep those improvement recommendations flowing in... according support response is part of the quality process.
